$690,000 Record-Setting Will County Settlement for Radial Nerve Injury
A record setting settlement was negotiated by Corboy & Demetrio in a medical malpractice case in Will County, Illinois. Judge Gerald R. Kinney approved a $690,000.00 settlement, the largest in Will County history for a radial nerve injury, on behalf of a farmer in Oswego who lost mobility in his right hand and wrist after a surgeon cut the radial nerve during surgery. The farmer had to undergo a second surgery by another doctor to repair the damage and restore some movement.
