Confidential Settlement for Families inTylenol Packaging Cases

Corboy & Demetrio obtained a confidential settlement for the families of three of the Chicago-area residents who were poisoned with cyanide after taking Tylenol in 1982. The settlement of the wrongful death lawsuits against Johnson & Johnson, the maker of Tylenol, was obtained on the eve of the trial in 1991.
