$4 Million for White Castle Customer Shot in Drive-Thru Line
Corboy & Demetrio obtained a settlement of $4 million against White Castle for failing to adequately protect a drive-thru customer from a criminal attack in a high-crime neighborhood. The customer was shot while waiting to order food at the restaurant at 10309 South Michigan Avenue, the bullet paralyzing him from the waste down.
