Chicago Police Officer Jim Mullen Settles Lawsuit for Undisclosed Amount

Chicago Police Officer Jim Mullen, who was shot in the face and paralyzed in a shooting, settled his lawsuit against the Professional Detective Agency, the employer of the man who wounded him, rendering him a quadriplegic.  The case settled for an undisclosed amount.
