$4.4 Million for Injured Worker
Corboy & Demetrio attorneys obtained a $4.4 million settlement on behalf of a 51-year-old worker in a product liability/workplace case. The plaintiff was employed as a laborer at Unilock, Inc. and while he was using a machine, it unexpectedly malfunctioned causing over a ton of bricks to strike him.
