Corboy & Demetrio Files Emergency Petition to Preserve Evidence in Ogden School Videotaping
Corboy & Demetrio has filed an emergency petition asking a judge to order Chicago Public Schools to preserve evidence in the case of an Ogden International School teacher who is accused of secretly videotaping teachers and a student in a bathroom.
Corboy & Demetrio, which is representing a teacher who was videotaped, filed the petition in Cook Co. Circuit Court on Sept. 28, 2016 in order to preserve and obtain all evidence relating to the case, including the camera and videos.
Corboy & Demetrio also seeks the production of the employment file of Elliott Nott, the teacher accused of videotaping, and any related hiring documents possessed by CPS.
Nott was charged last week with one count of child pornography and seven counts of unauthorized videotaping
