Corboy & Demetrio Obtains Confidential Settlement on Behalf of Passenger in Aspen Plane Crash
Corboy & Demetrio founding partner Thomas A. Demetrio obtained a confidential settlement on behalf of the family of a passenger who died in the Avjet plane crash on March 29, 2001.
The decedent was 36 years old and traveling to Aspen from Los Angeles on a privately chartered Gulfstream II Jet, which was operated by Avjet, when it missed the airport runway jet and crashed into a hillside bursting into flames. All 18 people on board died in the crash.
