Record-Setting $25 Million Settlement in United #232 - Sioux City Iowa Plane Crash

Corboy & Demetrio obtained a record-setting settlement of $25 million for the family of a businessman killed in the United Airlines Flight 232 crash landing at Sioux City, Iowa. The DC-10 plane left Chicago and was flying toward Philadelphia when it lost power in one of its engines and was forced to make an emergency landing at the Sioux City, Iowa, airport. One hundred and twenty one passengers died and many were injured. Corboy & Demetrio handled 39 cases from the crash, securing $73.9 million in damages.
