$7.25 Million Settlement in Product Liability Case

Robert Bingle and David Barry secured a $7.25 million settlement for Tim Gould, who suffered third-degree burns over 90 percent of his body when a 55-gallon drum exploded, and his wife. The settlement was reported in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.
