Corboy & Demetrio Representing 2010 Megabus Crash Victim

Corboy & Demetrio is representing the widow of a South Holland man struck and killed by a Megabus in 2010 in Chicago.  The civil lawsuit against the bus company and its driver claims Megabus was negligent when its driver struck Wesley Krueger while he was walking in the crosswalk near the intersection of Desplaines and Adams Streets.  The lawsuit claims the Megabus driver was attempting to turn south onto Desplaines Street when it struck Krueger.
