Jury Trial Results in $2.6 Million Verdict Against CTA for Injuries to Bicyclist

A jury returned a verdict of $2.6 million in favor of a bicyclist and against the CTA for injuries he suffered when he was hit by a CTA bus. Attorney Thomas A. Demetrio represented the bicyclist. The plaintiff suffered a head injury and nerve damage to his left arm in the collision.
