2 Corboy & Demetrio Attorneys to Speak at Illinois State Bar Association Seminar

Attorneys Dan Kirschner and Michelle Kohut, trial attorneys at Corboy & Demetrio, are featured speakers at the Illinois State Bar Association's "Civil Practice Update - 2011" on Thursday, April 14, 2011.  Shawn will be speaking on "Filing a Lawsuit," including pleadings, proper parties, 2-611 Medical Malpractice Reports, amended complaints, and relation back doctrine.  Michelle will speak on the topic of "Discovery," including use of discovery to obtain all necessary facts before trial, interrogatories, document production, and depositions, as well as Supreme Court Rule 216 and the requests to admit.
