$6.5 Million for Family of College Student Killed in VH-1 “Rock of Love” Truck Crash

Viacom, VH-1 Music, 51 Minds Entertainment and Dennis Hernandez have agreed to pay $6.5 million to the estate of Chicago college student Kevetta Davis, who was killed when the car she was in was hit head-on by a truck that crossed the center line. Kevetta's family was represented by Corboy & Demetrio and James Montgomery, Jr. of Cochran, Cherry, Givens, Smith & Montgomery.
