Corboy & Demetrio Obtains $6 Million Settlement for Wife Killed in Airplane Crash

Brett Van Bortel, whose wife died in the crash of Boeing-manufactured USAir Flight #427, settled his case against Boeing and USAir for $6 million. Van Bortel’s wife was on a one-day business trip  as a marketing manager for her employer when the plane crashed just outside of Pittsburgh. Tom Demetrio negotiated the settlement.
