Corboy & Demetrio Secures $3.8 Million Settlement for Boy Blinded in One Eye

A 6 year-old, who went to the University of Chicago Hospital for a recurring bloody nose, received an embolization procedure which was done to stop the blood flow in his nose. Unfortunately, the procedure was performed improperly and the boy lost vision in one eye.  Corboy & Demetrio represented the family in the $3.8 million settlement with the Hospital.
