The settlement of a medical malpractice case by Corboy & Demetrio medical malpractice attorney, David R. Barry, Jr., was featured in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. Under the terms of the settlement, the University of Illinois has agreed to pay $9 million to the husband and daughters of a woman who died while undergoing an outpatient procedure at the University Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, in April, 2008.
