Members of America's 52 Most Influential Trial Lawyers are among the top 52 U.S. civil plaintiff and criminal defense trial lawyers, according to the magazines.

Nominations are accepted from readership, and each lawyer is evaluated for their professional achievements, trial results, and ability to affect change in the legal community, according to the magazines.
