Rockford Train Derailment Litigation

Corboy & Demetrio represented the family of a Rockford mother who was killed in a fiery train derailment after train cars filled with ethanol exploded near her car, which was near the tracks.  She caught fire and ran from her car but did not survive.  Corboy & Demetrio Partner Philip H. Corboy, Jr. obtained a settlement of $22.5 million for the woman's family.
