Sperm Cryogenics Tank Mishap Litigation

The trial of the first of over 55 Corboy & Demetrio cases pending in the Circuit Court of Cook County involving the destruction of stored sperm settled after Thomas A. Demetrio rested the plaintiffs’ case, in April 2018.  After arguing over 50 motions in limine, jury selection, opening statements, and the presentation of plaintiffs’ case in chief, the case resolved for, at the request of the defendant, a confidential amount.
