Multiple Amtrak Crash Lawsuits

Corboy & Demetrio was appointed Lead Counsel in litigation stemming from the 1999 crash of an Amtrak train in Bourbonnais, Illinois, which killed 11 people and injured many others.   Corboy & Demetrio obtained millions on behalf of the victims and their families.    We are currently representing victims of the 2011 Reno Amtrak train derailment.
