New Study: Impact of Repeated Hits and CTE
A hit to the head is never good for the brain…and repetitive hits to the head are very, very bad for the brain.
Today’s paper, published in Brain, a journal of neurology, reminds us that it doesn’t matter if the hit to the head is classified as a “concussion”, “ding”, “upper body injury” or “having your bell rung” – all can, and do, cause CTE. Read about the findings of the study.
